About Codxing
Codxing is 101 small tools split across 12 hubs — calculators, PDF and image editing, text and developer utilities, design, social media, study aids and more. Each one does a single job and nothing else.
All of it runs in your browser. Files are read with the browser’s own file APIs, processed on your machine, and handed straight back to you. Nothing is transmitted, because there is no backend to transmit it to — Codxing is a folder of static files.

What this cannot do
Running with no server rules some things out entirely. Rather than shipping buttons that fail, they are simply absent:
- Downloading from Instagram or any other platform. A browser cannot fetch another site’s pages, and Instagram serves media only to logged-in requests. The tools that do this run scraping servers.
- Anything needing live data — currency rates, weather, share prices. Those need an API key, and a key in a static site is a key anyone can take.
- Reading scanned PDFs. Text extraction needs a real text layer; a scan is just a picture, which would need OCR.
- Encrypting or password-locking a PDF. The watermark and signature tools draw onto the page — they do not secure the document.
- Medical, legal or religious rulings. The health, zakat and prayer-time tools apply published formulas. They are a starting point, not an authority.
