Invoice Generator turns a simple form into a clean, printable PDF invoice with line items, quantities, tax and totals. Aimed at freelancers and small businesses who need to send something professional without subscribing to accounting software. Nothing is stored — the PDF is generated in your browser and downloaded straight to you.
How to use it
- Fill in your details and the client’s, plus an invoice number and dates.
- Add a line for each item with quantity and unit price. Totals calculate as you type.
- Add a tax rate and any notes, then click Download invoice PDF.
Questions
Which currency does it use?
Whichever you type in the currency field — it is a label, so JOD, USD, EUR or anything else works. Amounts are formatted as plain numbers.
Are my invoices saved?
No. Nothing is stored anywhere, so refreshing the page clears the form. Keep the downloaded PDFs as your records.
Can I add my logo?
Not yet. The current layout is text only.
Does it handle sequential invoice numbers?
You set the number manually. Since nothing is stored between visits, keep track of your own sequence.
