Questions
Which error correction level should I choose?
Medium for general use. High if the code will be printed somewhere it may be scratched or partly covered, or if you are placing a logo in the middle — though that makes the code denser.
Can I use a light colour?
Not reliably. Scanners need strong contrast between the code and its background. Dark on white is the safe choice; light-coloured codes frequently fail.
Do QR codes expire?
Not these — the URL is encoded directly in the image, so it works forever and needs no service. Codes from tracking services stop working if the service does.
