No, and any tool claiming otherwise without a platform API is guessing. These are curated evergreen lists plus tags built from your own words. Live trend data requires a server with API access.
How many hashtags should I use?
Instagram allows 30 but its own guidance suggests 3–5 relevant ones. Large tag dumps mainly reach other people dumping tags.
Do hashtags still work?
